When building a large block of apartments in central Manchester, Persimmon found themselves with massive competition in this huge area of regeneration in the city centre.
Our research showed that Persimmon offered more space than their rivals and we developed the ‘spaceman’. Using a number of media options, from regional newspapers to viral videos, our spaceman character gained quite a following and our ‘Leftbank’ apartments sold well in advance of their, often cheaper, competitors.
